Democrats on the US House Oversight Committee have released a new tranche of materials, including images and video, showing the private island home of the late disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.
The images were secured through a subpoena to the US Virgin Islands, where the residence is located.
In a statement, the committee’s Democratic leader, Robert Garcia, said they collectively form a “disturbing look” into Epstein’s world and are being released to “ensure public transparency”.
